The audit

The numbers must match up.

The task of the audit is to review and guarantee this. This process is legally prescribed, and it also serves as a confidence building measure for anyone dealing or involved with your company in any form.

The numbers provide information.

For us, understanding them correctly and providing recommendations for action derived from this information in terms of business consulting is also part of an audit, as is controlling the flow of funds and creating financial statements.

Focus

  • Audit of the annual financial statements

  • Financial Due Diligence
  • Business valuations
